Board and Management
Chairman, CEO
Matthew Waterhouse has over 20 years of Senior Management Experience in MNCs, including 7 years as Associate Principal at McKinsey & Co and COO for Keppel Integrated Engineering responsible for building $1Bn+ infrastructure projects. Matthew is the Chairman of the Singapore Additive Manufacturing Technical Committee as well a representative member of ASTM F42 and ISO TC261.
Company Secretary
Mr. Henko Vos is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Governance Institute of Australia and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He holds similar secretarial roles in various other listed public companies in both the industrial and resource sectors.
Non-Executive Director
Geoffrey A. Piggott has over 50 years in infrastructure engineering in Sydney Water, Black & Veatch, Keppel Infra and Deep Tunnel Sewerage System.
Executive Director & CFO
Sri has over 28 years’ experience in growth, control and financial management of companies in a range of industries, including almost 10 years as Regional CFO with Altrad Services – a leader in services to the oil & gas, mining, minerals and power sectors. Previous to that Sri was with Ausgroup and Austal Shipping. Sri brings a wealth of financial and Australian industrial experience to our Company and knows our customer base very well.
Non-Executive Director
Tom Sonnen brings over 25 years’ experience in top strategy consulting firms such as the Mitchell Madison Group and Accenture, and most recently as the Global Leader of the Procurement and Supply Chain practice at Partners in Performance (PiP). Tom has extensive expertise in operations improvements and cost reductions in industries such as Resources/O&G, Energy, Chemicals, FMCG and Airlines.
